The anchor/Breezes Jibacoa/Cuba - Caribbean Sea
Tentative identification. The stripe pattern/colors doesn't quite match and ventral/pectoral fins are not yellow. Perhaps it is a caesar grunt but the anal fin is too yellow for that one. Comments appreciated.
