Years ago some dive operators in Palau would put down traps and night and bring up these guys to about 80 feet for divers to play with and then release. I understand that practice is no longer allowed.

Anchorage Hotel House Reef/Dominica - Caribbean Sea
Found in the sand in front of the Anchorage Hotel in Dominica. These odd fish are uncommon. They bury themselves in the sand and wate for they prey to swim past.
